In 1992, Macabi Havana Lounge on Las Olas Boulevard was opened with the concept that partrons wanted an establishment where they could sip on the finest spirits paired with the finest cigars. This was the birth of the cigar bar well before it became a mainstream idea. As time has progressed Macabi's has become known as the "World Famous - Macabi Havana Lounge" and boasts being the "Oldest Cigar Bar in Fort Lauderdale".

Macabi's is known for being the local meeting spot with a Key West vibe. We play relaxing music, the game , and have live music occasionally. The best part of coming into Macabi's is everyone is welcome. We have patrons from all over the world that come visit us. There is always great conversation and new friends to meet.

We are not only the local spot to hang out but we are also the only liquor store in the downtown area on Las Olas Boulvard. Our license allows us to sell to patrons that wish to purchase our exclusive spirits and tobacco products to go.
